PRICE INCREASE NOTICE
Heritage Log Homes has worked very hard to control and absorb previous increases from our suppliers through improvements in productivity, production efficiencies and cost reductions. As a result Heritage has not issued a price increase to our customers since the spring of 2007. Unfortunately we cannot absorb the latest cost increases that we are incurring and maintain our current pricing levels.
A price adjustment for all product lines will go into effect on September 1, 2010. We will, of course, honor the current pricing levels for any customers who are currently under contract or who sign a new Purchase Agreement prior to September 1, 2010. Remember, a signed Purchase Agreement with a minimum 10% deposit will hold the current price for delivery within 12 months of acceptance of the Purchase Agreement. If your not ready to build within the next year you may "lock in" on the current pricing structure by way of our Layaway Program. This program would extend their delivery timeframe for up to 24 months.
